Assiniboine Lodge is a remote backcountry lodge. Despite being 28 kilometers from the nearest road and completely off the grid, guests enjoy gourmet meals, warm showers, rolling in the snow after a sauna, and goose down duvets.
Built in 1928, as the first ski lodge in the Canadian Rockies, the comfortable and rustic accommodations are the perfect base to explore the spectacular area. After a day of hiking or ski touring with our guides or relaxing on the shores of an alpine lake, enjoy mountain hospitality in the historic dining room.
The full service lodge accommodates thirty guests in seven outlaying private cabins and five lodge rooms. Extraordinary experiences are served daily.
